Philosophy of the program:

Sus Yaz Early Learning and Afterschool care center will provide quality childcare environments that will be warm, nurturing, patient, respectful and compassionate to each child and their families who attend the facility. We believe that each child is an individual, and to be valued, develop their own interests, strengths, abilities, skills and knowledge that extends their learning opportunities. Educators will encourage curiosity, exploration and problem solving through play, peer relations, and teacher interactions each day.

Community partners are an important part of the programming, as families and educators work together to have a positive impact on young children's development through age- appropriate curriculum, responsive interactions between staff and children, and a language rich environment.
